The Head of Finance will oversee financial operations across multiple sites and countries ensuring efficient financial management and compliance. The role requires a strategic mindset to support business growth and drive financial performance.

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support organisational goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental objectives.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support decision‑making at the executive level.
• Monitor and optimise cash flow to ensure financial stability.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.

• A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
• Demonstrated experience in financial management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a finance team.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and strategic planning.
• Exceptional knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• A proven ability to manage budgets and optimise financial performance.
