Finance Analyst, Consumer Lending

This is an exciting opportunity to influence business performance within our Transport businesses, working closely with senior leaders and Finance Business Partners to support decision‑making and strategic delivery.

• Communicate the narrative of the business’s performance and assist in projecting future business results through the planning process.
• Deliver insightful, high‑quality month‑end reporting, ensuring robust controls, and act as a specialist in management accounting.
• Develop a broad network of contacts across Finance, collaborating with teams to achieve success.
• Meet individual and team objectives while investing in personal development by improving skills and capabilities.

• Qualified or in the final year as an accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent experience).
• At least 12 months of experience analysing performance and explaining drivers in movement with senior colleagues.
• At least 12 months of experience maintaining strong financial control at the core of finance activities.
• Demonstrated continuous improvement in current processes, showing curiosity and willingness to challenge the status quo.
• High collaborator who enjoys engaging with people from various areas.
• Experience in planning/budgeting in a business context.
• Experience in monthly performance reporting.
• Financial services background.
• Confidence in using Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications.
