Finance Officer NHS AfC:Band 4 Be part of Llais and help us to raise the power and influence of people’s voices to shape health and social care services to meet everyone's needs.
Llais is a national, independent body set up by the Welsh Government to give the people of Wales a say in how they receive their health and social care services.

This is a hybrid role, with both remote and office-based working. The post holder will also need to have the ability to travel.
The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable.

- Be at the heart of our finance service, supporting colleagues across Wales and helping ensure public money is managed responsibly.
- Work within a small finance team alongside experienced finance leaders, gaining valuable exposure to management accounting, financial reporting, governance and process improvement.
- Help deliver accurate, timely financial information that supports better decision-making across the organisation.
- Keep our financial processes running smoothly, maintaining strong controls, resolving queries and ensuring transactions are completed accurately.
- Support the efficient delivery of finance operations with the use financial systems, Excel to process and manage data accurately, supporting reconciliations, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
- Spot opportunities to improve how we work, contributing ideas that make our finance processes simpler, smarter and more efficient.
- Build great relationships with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders, providing a professional and responsive finance service.
