Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Relationship Director to join its SME Commercial Banking team in Cardiff. You will manage a defined portfolio of SME clients, typically turnover £10m-£50m, delivering tailored lending, deposits, payments, and day-to-day banking solutions while growing the client base.
You will build strong, long‑term relationships with existing and new clients, coordinate with internal specialists, and drive growth and risk management within your portfolio.
