Better (Part of One Dome) in Cardiff is seeking a CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Adviser to join our growing Mortgage Advice team. You will provide expert mortgage guidance to clients, work with high-quality leads, and ensure compliant, ethical service.
Hybrid role with 2 days in the Cardiff office, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Training and development are a core part of the role, with an attractive OTE of £60k-£80k in year one plus base and commission.
