We're looking for a Finance Manager - Revenue to join our Finance team. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the control, reporting and governance of revenue across a broad range of investment management products and entities.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across Finance and the business, you'll ensure income is accurately recorded, reported and analysed, while driving continuous improvement through enhanced controls, automation and process excellence.

This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys combining technical expertise, team leadership and stakeholder management within a complex and fast-paced asset management environment.

Responsibilities
  • Leading the Finance Income team and overseeing the accurate accounting and reporting of revenue across multiple business entities and fund structures
  • Maintaining and enhancing controls and processes across management fees, performance fees, commissions, rebates and other income streams
  • Overseeing the preparation and review of rebate calculations while ensuring a robust and effective control framework
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for automation, AI adoption and process improvement to increase efficiency and strengthen controls
  • Producing insightful management information and analysing income trends to support decision-making and business performance
  • Partnering with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business to ensure revenue is recognised accurately and on a timely basis
  • Managing relationships with internal and external parties, including supporting audit activity, resolving billing issues and improving cash collection outcomes
  • Developing, motivating and coaching a high-performing team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
Qualifications
  • Qualified accountant, or qualified by experience, with a strong background in finance operations, reporting or financial control environments
  • Experience leading revenue reporting, billing, income management or financial control activities within a complex organisation
  • Strong understanding of month‑end processes, accruals, journals, reconciliations and audit requirements
  • Proven people management experience with the ability to lead, motivate and develop high‑performing teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the confidence to influence at all levels
  • Good knowledge of accounting standards and financial governance requirements within a controlled environment
  • Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to use Excel to interpret and present financial information effectively
  • A proactive and continuous improvement mindset, with an interest in leveraging technology, automation and AI to enhance finance processes
