Join Our Dynamic Financial Planning Team as a Financial Services (IFA) Administrator!

Are you ready to be an essential part of a thriving financial advisory team? We are seeking a proactive IFA Administrator to support our Financial Adviser and Paraplanner.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience:You should have a minimum of 1 years work experience in a financial advice administration role, with a solid understanding of back-office systems, ideally IRESS XPLAN.
  • Qualifications:Ideally, you have already gained some financial services qualifications plus minimum GCSE grades A-C/1-3 in Mathematics and English.
  • Communication Skills:You should be willing and able to communicate professionally with clients and providers.
  • Hours: This is a full time permanent role which is 37½ hours per week based at our Cardiff Gate office, CF23 8AA
    . We have flexible working hours operating Monday to Friday in a core time system, with options to start and finish work at set times to suit you. We may also consider a part time role of 30 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update back-office computer client records with precision.
  • Efficiently handle sending and receiving information requests.
  • Package and submit life, investment, and pension applications to providers.
  • Accurately record new business and track applications through to issue.
  • Manage the annual review diary to ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Assist with quarterly investment rebalances to keep our clients' portfolios in top shape.
