The business offers flexible and hybrid working, professional study support, and the opportunity to build a rewarding career within a specialist finance and payroll environment.Your new roleAs a Finance and Payroll Officer, you will play a key role within the finance team, supporting the administration and processing of pensioner payrolls whilst also assisting with wider finance responsibilities.

Working closely with senior colleagues, you will help ensure payrolls are processed accurately and efficiently, maintain client accounts and cashbooks, support statutory reporting requirements and provide a high-quality service to clients and pension scheme members.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing and administering monthly pensioner payrolls
• Setting up and maintaining payroll records, including starters, leavers and deductions
• Preparing payroll reports and statutory submissions
• Supporting tax year-end processes and payroll reconciliations
