Carey Olsen Bermuda is seeking a Corporate Administrator with 3+ years of client-facing experience to join the Bermuda Office. The role covers administration of a portfolio of corporate structures and related entities, ensuring accurate statutory registers and timely filings with Bermuda authorities.
You will liaise with tax, accounting, legal advisors and banks, handle due diligence requests for AML/ATF compliance, and contribute to risk management and governance processes.
