About the Role

The E-Billing Analyst plays a critical role within the Finance function of a leading global law firm, ensuring the successful submission and acceptance of electronic bills through client e-billing platforms. • Monitor e-bill status and proactively identify rejections, discrepancies, and errors; investigate root causes and implement corrective actions to achieve successful acceptance
  • Liaise with fee-earning teams (partners, associates, secretaries and billing teams) to obtain accurate billing data, resolve queries, and ensure compliance with client billing requirements
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client-specific e-billing rules, rate arrangements, and LEDES format requirements
  • Work closely with the wider Finance and Revenue teams to support cash collection targets and reduce aged work-in-progress

  • Previous experience using Aderant and/or Bill Blast would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with major e-billing platforms such as Legal Tracker (Thomson Reuters), Tymetrix/Counsel Link (Wolters Kluwer), Collaborati (Bright Flag), or similar vendor systems
