Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Transitions Director to join our Award‑Winning Pension Risk Transfer business.
This is a senior, client‑facing role where you’ll bring deep Defined Benefit pensions knowledge, strong implementation experience and the confidence to work with Trustees, Sponsors, Advisers and Internal Stakeholders.
You’ll play a key part in shaping client servicing propositions, leading on complex implementation activity and making sure that customers receive consistently good outcomes.
This is a hybrid working opportunity, which will allow you to work flexibly between your home and the office, to help you find a work‑life balance that works for you.
What you'll be doing:- Providing technical expertise across legal, regulatory, reinsurance, product development and operational matters
- Owning tailored servicing responses for RFQs and supporting new business opportunities
