An exciting career opportunity exists for a self motivated and committed individual with strong organisational and effective communication skills to join the Arboriculture Management team in Parks.
About the jobYou will be experienced in dealing with customers and will demonstrate the ability to solve a wide range of problems and identify solutions in what is a highly visible, diverse and sensitive area of management.
What We Are Looking For From YouThe possession of a level 4 diploma in Arboriculture or equivalent is essential as is the professional Tree inspector Qualification, experience in preparing survey reports and implementing recommendations. Key to the role will be the ability to apply sound risk management principles and tools ensuring the effective use of resources and prioritisation of work, monitoring and administration of contractors.
You will need to be familiar with and competent in the use of information technology and how it can be utilised to capture, store and retrieve data to support service delivery and aid decision making.
