Independent Investigator for Children’s Complaints

Hoop Recruitment LTD is seeking an Independent Officer (freelance) for the City of Cardiff Council to investigate Stage2 complaints under the Social Services Complaints Procedure (Wales). This position requires substantial experience in children’s social care and strong knowledge of relevant legislation.

As an Independent Officer, you will ensure transparency and fairness in how complaints are handled while producing comprehensive investigation reports. This role offers flexibility with a pay rate of £40 per hour and requires a relevant Social Work qualification.
