• Qualifications:
  
  VTCT NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (minimum entry level)
• Experience:
  
  At least 6 months in a salon or spa environment
• Personality:
  Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with guests and colleagues
• Energy:
  The stamina and skill to perform up to 8 hours of treatments daily

• Deliver exceptional treatments to the highest standards, trained by our Treatment Manager and premium product partners
• Ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked and ready for guests
• Support your team by stepping in wherever needed
• Strive for excellence by continuously improving your skills and welcoming feedback
• Help achieve daily and monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the spa
