You will work within one of the city's most exclusive wellness destinations, The Spa at The Parkgate Hotel, delivering some of the finest and most contemporary therapies available from leading luxury brands including Elemis.

Operated on behalf of the Welsh Rugby Union, The Parkgate is located just a drop kick from Principality Stadium and is the perfect base for match days and any occasion to explore the city sights of Cardiff. Cardiff's most luxurious hotel breathes new life into two of the city's most historic buildings, transforming the old Post Office and County Court into an exquisite place to stay with period features beautifully restored to create alluring spaces to meet, drink, dine and relax.

From the entrance lobby tea lounge to the rooftop spa, refinement and sophistication have been crafted into every detail of this luxury lifestyle experience.

• Deliver the finest contemporary therapies available from leading luxury brands including Elemis.
• Ensure a guest-focused experience, delivering the ultimate guest experience.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of treatments and products.
• Sell treatments and products to guests.

• Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent).
• Experience working with Elemis treatments and products (although not essential).
• Detailed knowledge of treatments and products.
• Ability to sell to guests.
