Spa Therapist

As a Neilson Spa Therapist
, you’ll bring a little extra luxury to the Beach Club – giving our guests the chance to relax, recharge and enjoy some well-earned ‘me time’ alongside all that activity.

You’ll deliver a range of professional treatments and therapies
, creating a welcoming, relaxing experience and making sure every guest leaves feeling better than when they arrived. You’ll also work closely with the rest of the Spa Team to keep everything running smoothly and help promote our treatment and retail offering.

You’ll work with Temple Spa
, our luxury skincare partner, and receive dedicated product and treatment training to give you the knowledge and confidence to deliver consistently brilliant experiences throughout the season.

We’re looking for a qualified, confident and personable therapist who takes genuine pride in their treatments and loves building relationships with clients. You’ll combine excellent technical skills with great guest service, while also spotting opportunities to recommend treatments and products that genuinely suit the person in front of you.

And there’s the opportunity to boost your earnings through uncapped commission on Spa treatments and retail sales
, rewarding you for helping build a successful Spa operation.

Working for Neilson is more than just a summer job. You’ll spend your season developing your professional experience, working with a luxury brand and doing what you love in a completely different setting – all while living and working in one of our beautiful Beach Club destinations.

If you’re a brilliant therapist who fancies swapping the same four treatment-room walls for a summer overseas
, this could be exactly the change of scenery you’re looking for.
