Location: Cardiff
Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time (Guaranteed Hours Available)
Salary: £12 - £13 per hour (including enhancements for evenings, weekends & holidays)

We are looking for compassionate and reliable home care workers who drive and have access to their own vehicle.

Your role will be to provide personalised, high-quality care in clients' homes across Cardiff, supporting their independence.

Your Responsibilities:

• Personal care & health-related tasks (e.g., washing, dressing, medication support)
• Meal preparation & light housekeeping
• Companionship & emotional support
• Driving to and from clients' homes (Paid mileage included)

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A Full UK Driving Licence & Access to Your Own Vehicle (Essential)
• Right to Work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Registered with Social Care Wales (or willing to register)
• Completion of Mandatory Care Training or NVQ Level 2 (or willingness to complete)

Previous experience in domiciliary/home care is desirable but not essential; we provide full training!
