Health, Safety & Compliance Administrator

Our client in Cardiff is recruiting for a Health, Safety & Compliance Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. We are looking for someone with excellent administration experience, excellent computer skills, and someone who is keen to develop with lots of opportunity for promotion. This is a key role, ensuring that health and safety standards, policies, and compliance requirements are maintained across the business.

• Maintaining health, safety, and compliance records
• Supporting risk assessments, audits, and inspections
• Assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
• Monitoring and reporting on compliance across the business
• Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure regulations are met
• Supporting training programmes related to health, safety, and compliance

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams
• Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance legislation is preferred, but training can be provided
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively

Salary is £25,000 plus excellent benefits, including:
