We are working on behalf of a well-established domiciliary care provider in Cardiff to recruit an experienced Domiciliary Care Co‑ordinator. This is a key operational role and only candidates with proven, hands‑on experience in large‑scale house‑to‑house domiciliary care rostering will be considered.

This is not a supported living or residential scheduling role. The successful candidate must understand the real‑world demands of high‑volume domiciliary care operations.

The Role

As Domiciliary Care Co‑ordinator, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient and compliant scheduling of care services across a large domiciliary care operation. You will manage complex rotas, balance staff availability and travel time, and ensure continuity of care for service users in the community.

Essential Experience & Requirements
  • Candidates must meet all of the following:
    • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Domiciliary Care Co-ordinator / Scheduler
    • At least 2 years' experience managing high-volume rotas of 3,000+ care hours per week
    • Direct experience in domiciliary care house‑to‑house rostering is essential
    • Confident managing complex rotas, staff availability, travel time planning, and last‑minute changes
    • Experience working within a regulated care environment with a strong understanding of compliance
    • Strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to work at pace in a busy operational setting
    • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
Why Apply?
  • Stable, full-time permanent role
  • No on‑call requirements
  • Competitive salary with weekly pay
  • Generous 6 weeks annual leave
  • Opportunity to join a well‑run, high‑volume domiciliary care service where your experience will genuinely matter

If you meet the requirements and are looking for flexible, rewarding work, we would love to hear from you.
