• Operationally managed day to day running of T&O, Surgery, Plastics, W&Cs and Cancer Services including performance & staff management within large Acute Trusts.

• Enabled greater efficiency, reduced waste and delays, together with improvements in quality and productivity within Endoscopy, through the deployment of LEAN.
• Efficiently reduced 18 week patient pathway waiting lists for Orthopaedics and General Surgery through initiatives to eliminate backlogs.
• Delivered 18 week RTT Targets within Neurosurgery, Orthopaedics & Urology against Recovery Plan.
• Strong track record in delivering results and successfully bringing about sustainable change.
