• High school diploma (minimum required). Preference for college certification/diploma and training in the medical field or related field.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (Telus Med Access or similar).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills; strong analytical thinking.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and work in a high‑paced/high‑stress environment.

• Book patient appointments.
• Coordinate patient referrals.
• Maintain patient files.
• Provide patient education.
