Overview
As a Care Assistant you will provide high quality individualised care and support for each resident, promoting and upholding our residents' privacy, dignity and independence at all times.
ResponsibilitiesYour role is to create a happy, caring and safe atmosphere; putting residents' needs first, providing a wide range of physical, social, emotional and psychological support tailored to the individual. We respect differences and recognise that staff and residents will have different needs.

QualificationsNo previous experience is required for this role as you will receive full training. We do require you to demonstrate a flexible, hard‑working and caring attitude, a desire to work as part of a dedicated team and the right to work in the UK.
