Support Worker

Salary: £12.60 per hour (£24,570.00 per annum)

Working Hours: 37.5 hours

Service: Integra – Riversdale

Location: Riversdale premises (Riversdale House and Coach House)

We are recruiting for a Support Worker to join our team at Integra Riversdale. Riversdale is a residential care home for 10 individuals with a mental health diagnosis. The site is divided into Riverside House, which offers five ensuite bedrooms and a self‑contained flat, and Coach House, which supports residents who are preparing to move into their own properties.

• Build positive relationships with residents by listening, discussing, and planning goals together.
• Help plan daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and running errands.
• Provide personal care support, including assistance with eating and medication administration.
• Plan and participate in day‑out activities and social events.
• Support residents to become more independent wherever possible.
