Full-time | Monday-Friday | Permanent

A great opportunity for a Senior Support Worker, Team Leader or existing Deputy Manager looking to step into a leadership role within a growing organisation.

• Support the Registered Manager with daily operations and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, mentor and develop the staff team.
• Promote trauma?informed, outcome?focused care.
• Work collaboratively with therapeutic professionals.
• Ensure safe, consistent and high?quality practice across the home.

• QCF Level 3 Health & Social Care (Children & Young People).
• Minimum 2 years  experience in residential childcare, including shift leadership.
• Full manual UK driving licence (6 points or fewer).
• Confident communicator with natural leadership ability.
• Passion for supporting young people and developing others.
• Must be 21+ (regulatory requirement).

• £37,500 salary + bonus.
• Funded Level 4 & 5 leadership qualifications.
