Working Hours: Full-Time (5 days/week) plus weekends (if interested) for inpatient roles;
Part-Time (2 days/week) for outpatient role
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months initially, with possibility of extension
Rate: Competitive

We are seeking Band 6 Locum Physiotherapists with oncology experience to join our team in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled physiotherapists to contribute to the care of patients within a dynamic healthcare setting. The roles available include two full-time positions for inpatient care, with the option to work weekends, and one part‑time position for outpatient care. All positions are initially for a 3‑month period, with the possibility of extension.

In these roles, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with oncology needs. This includes conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and monitoring patient progress. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. For the inpatient roles, you will be expected to manage a caseload within the hospital setting, while the outpatient role will involve managing a caseload within the clinic.

Maintaining accurate patient records and contributing to the development of the physiotherapy service will also be key aspects of your role.

• HCPC registered Physiotherapist
• Experience in oncology physiotherapy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
