Active Care Group is seeking a dedicated Children s Support Worker to support an 11-year-old client with complex health needs in their Cardiff family home. The role offers weekday 4pm-10pm shifts with sleeping night shifts and hours may increase during school holidays.
Full specialist training will be provided, with a focus on building a trusted, supportive relationship and delivering consistent, high-quality care within a small team.
