Live-in Support Workers

Job Description

As a Live-in Support Worker in Cardiff, you'll move into the client's home to provide round‑the‑clock support. You'll help clients with daily tasks, such as companionship, personal hygiene support, medication reminders, meal preparation, housework, errands, and mobility assistance.

• Provide companionship to keep clients happy.
• Assist with personal hygiene, including washing and dressing.
• Remind and help collect medications.
• Help with meal preparation and at mealtimes.
• Perform housework such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying.
• Run errands, including shopping and other tasks.
• Assist with mobility and getting around the home.

Flexible short‑term or longer term placements. Support workers work 24/7 while living in the client's home. Hours and patterns are tailored to the client's needs.

• No previous experience or professional qualifications required.
• All training provided by Alina Homecare Academy.
• Required:
  
  positive attitude, caring nature, right to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle may be required at some locations.
