We are expanding our team and looking for Practitioners who want to be part of our drive to improve the health outcomes for the children, young people and their families who live in this community. We work in partnership with families, making co-production a top priority.
Subject to a Recruitment and Retention Premia of 6% for practitioners who have been qualified for over 12 months and 4% for those qualified for under 12 months.

Main duties of the jobWe welcome applications from experienced and newly qualified Health Visitors and are able to offer:

- You will join highly skilled professionals who are constantly adapting and developing, making the most of the skill mix in their teams to support these families. We are introducing new practices and digital initiatives to make sure children and young people receive the best care we can give.
