NHS Forth Valley is seeking an enthusiastic School Nurse with a postgraduate Specialist Community Public Health (School Nursing) qualification to join an evolving School Nursing Team. The post holder will act as an independent autonomous practitioner to provide a safe, person-centred health service to school-aged children in the community.
The role involves case management, partnership work with families and other agencies, and delivering the ten national priority pathways.
