We are seeking a Support Worker to join the team at The Hawthorns in Evesham
. This role involves providing physical and emotional support to service users, assisting with washing, dressing, and promoting independence.

• Assist service users with washing, dressing, and daily personal care.
• Provide physical and psychological support to promote independence.
• Use the latest care technology to dedicate more time to service users.
• Participate in training and leadership programmes to develop and progress within the organization.
