Avanti Homecare is currently reviewing applications and carrying out pre-screening for candidates who require a Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship switch
.

Although second-stage interviews for sponsorship candidates are temporarily on hold, successful applicants will be added to the employer’s Sponsorship Switch Talent Pool and contacted when suitable sponsored vacancies become available.

As a Homecare Assistant, you will:

• Provide high-quality care and support in clients’ own homes.
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare and serve meals.
• Support clients with medication.
• Help with shopping, laundry, and light household duties.
• Work alongside health and social care professionals to deliver excellent care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records and visit notes.

Applicants should have:

• At least one year of care experience
  .
• A valid UK driving licence and access to a car, motorbike, or moped.
• Compassion, empathy, and a caring attitude.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• A positive approach to teamwork and delivering person-centred care.
• The ability to work independently while supporting clients with dignity and respect.

• £13.40 per hour (weekdays and weekends)
• £2.10 per client visit
• Guaranteed 37.5 hours per week
• Full-time rota covering morning, lunchtime, afternoon, and evening care visits.
