Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse for a 3-month locum contract in Brent, London. You will join the Brent Community Mental Health Team to deliver essential mental health services in the community on a full-time basis.
The role involves conducting initial and comprehensive assessments, coordinating care with the MDT, supervising staff and students, and strengthening links with General Practice and community services to support recovery and social inclusion.
