Sanctuary Personnel Ltd on the Island of Jersey is seeking a Diabetic Specialist Nurse to deliver expert care in acute wards. This locum, full-time post runs 37.5 hours per week with ASAP start until 1 September and potential extension.
You will assess and manage diabetes care, develop individualised care plans, educate patients and families, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure accurate documentation. Travel costs are covered and accommodation is provided for the initial period.
