About

the role

Joining us as a Senior Support Worker, you'll work alongside the Locality Manager to provide day-to-day leadership and support to the staff team, ensuring high-quality, person-centered support is delivered consistently.

You'll lead by example, provide coaching and guidance through supervisions, observations, and 1:1 support, and help create a positive culture where both colleagues and the people we support can thrive.

We offer a welcoming environment where teamwork, kindness and mutual support are valued. Through regular check-ins, meaningful supervision, performance reviews and ongoing communication, you'll feel supported both personally and professionally.

What we're looking for
  • Minimum 1 years' experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism
  • Full UK driving licence is preferred
  • Passion for empowering people
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-in on a rota
