We are looking for a Support Worker to join Cygnet Clynsaer, Cynghordy, Llandovery. This 24/7 service supports adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You’ll work day shifts 8 am–9 pm, 3 shifts a week including some weekends, delivering compassionate, person-centred care and promoting independence.
