Autism Initiatives is seeking a part time Female Support Worker in Cardiff to support individuals with autism in their community activities. You will work with a dynamic team, encouraging clients to engage in various activities while promoting their health and well-being.
This role requires enthusiasm and a supportive attitude. Training will be provided for those new to supporting autistic individuals, ensuring you will be equipped to assist effectively.
The position offers flexible working hours of up to 25 hours per week at a rate of £13.10 per hour, along with various benefits including career progression and a supportive team environment.
