Role:
Under the direction of their line manager, the post holder will undertake support planning, provide one-to-one, group support, activities and interventions to improve the lives of service users and carers / families affected by serious mental illness. To equip service users / carers and their families with skills, knowledge and coping strategies to ensure their own well-being. This is to be achieved by working in partnership with other statutory, voluntary, private sector organisations and community facilities.
