Training and DevelopmentYou do not necessarily need formal care qualifications to apply, as the company provides a comprehensive induction, training, and development programme.
Training opportunities may include:
- SVQ Level 2 and Level 3 in Health and Social Care, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
- Dementia care training.
- Internal and external professional development.
- Ongoing supervision and support.
Successful candidates may receive:
- £13.45 per hour for drivers using their own vehicles.
- Part-time contracts with set hours.

Community Care Workers will be expected to provide high-quality care in line with legal requirements and individual client needs.
Duties may include:
- Assisting clients with bathing and showering.
- Hair washing and personal grooming.
- Supporting oral hygiene.
- Providing skin care.
- Assisting with toileting.
- Providing catheter care.
- Helping clients get up and prepare for bed.
- Preparing meals and food.
- Prompting clients to take medication.
- Using appropriate moving and handling equipment.
- Accurately documenting and reporting care provided.
- Supporting clients with their daily personal care needs.
Job Type: Permanent, Part-time
Pay: From £13.45 per hour
