Community Care Workers will be expected to provide high-quality care in line with legal requirements and individual client needs.

Duties may include:

• Assisting clients with bathing and showering.
• Hair washing and personal grooming.
• Supporting oral hygiene.
• Providing skin care.
• Assisting with toileting.
• Providing catheter care.
• Helping clients get up and prepare for bed.
• Preparing meals and food.
• Prompting clients to take medication.
• Using appropriate moving and handling equipment.
• Accurately documenting and reporting care provided.
• Supporting clients with their daily personal care needs.

Job Type: Permanent, Part-time
Pay: From £13.45 per hour
