Active Care Group is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to provide one-to-one support for a gentleman in Liskeard. You will accompany him on outings, offer gentle prompting for personal hygiene and medication reminders, and ensure safety in the community.
A full UK driving licence is preferred as daily activities are part of the role. The role offers a flexible zero-hours contract with regular shifts and a supportive Care Manager.
