La Haule Care Home in Jersey is seeking an Activities Co-Ordinator to work full-time, including evenings and weekends, to lead residents in meaningful activities while supporting their independence, choice and dignity.
You will develop a stimulating programme of leisure activities and social events inside and outside the Home, and work with each resident to understand preferences, abilities and needs to create individual Social Care Plans and monitor progress.
