Active Care Group is recruiting a Registered Manager for Bilberry Lodge, a mental health residential service in Rishton. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure care plans meet residents' needs, while maintaining regulatory compliance.
You will drive KPI achievement, deliver staff induction and ongoing training, and oversee budgeting and rostering to keep the service fully staffed and compliant with regulatory requirements.
