St Monica Trust is seeking a part-time Care Assistant to provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents. You will support personal care, nutrition, mobility, and daily activities, helping residents maintain independence and dignity.
You will also help maintain care plans, liaise with families, and ensure hygiene and safety standards in line with GDPR, CQC and local policies. A Care Certificate or willingness to obtain one is required.
