Phoenix Futures Group is seeking a permanent Recovery Connector Practitioner based in the Chesterfield area of Derbyshire. You will work with clients in recovery from drug and/or alcohol use, linking them to local recovery communities and activities, and delivering recovery-focused interventions both in person and online.
You will join a supportive team, complete SMART facilitator training, and advocate for clients while helping them overcome barriers to aftercare and community support.
