St Saviours is a 29-bed nursing home in Cardiff supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs to live life their way. As a Care Assistant you’ll empower residents to pursue personal goals, participate in daily activities and maintain dignity.
You’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care, assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, shopping and social outings, provide personal care and follow care plans to ensure safe, consistent support.
