Suppleo Healthcare are partnering with a national care provider to recruit a deputy clinical nurse manager (NMC pin active) to help run a nursing home supporting adults with disabilities.
Based in Gloucester, the role is Monday to Friday, supernumerary, with floor cover and occasional management cover as required. You will lead from the front, guide newly qualified nurses and care staff, and contribute to care planning, auditing and recruitment.
