Prospero-Health- is seeking compassionate Support Workers for Anglesey to help people live independently. You will assist with personal care, daily activities, medication management and social engagement, tailored to each individual's needs.
Experience in care or support is preferred, with excellent communication and a positive, proactive team attitude. An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply) and Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification are desirable.
