CCH Group, the UK’s leading home care provider, is seeking a Care Coordinator to organise and deliver high-quality care in your community. You’ll manage care workers, review care plans, and ensure excellent service while travelling to client sites.
Salary £25,364;
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with on-call duties; a valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required; NVQ Level 3 desirable.
