North Wilts Border PCN is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join its primary care network across six GP practices. You will drive medicines optimisation, support repeat dispensing and electronic ordering, and work with Pharmacists to improve patient outcomes within our NHS community.
You will review patient records, lead dosage optimisations, and contribute to safeguarding, governance, and continuous professional development within a collaborative team.
