Team Leader – Domiciliary Care Worker (Female Driver) - Sponsorship Available

About the Role We Care You Ltd is seeking a compassionate and experienced Team Leader to oversee domiciliary care services across clients’ homes, assisted living, and community settings. You’ll play a key role in ensuring high‑quality care delivery, supporting care staff, and maintaining excellent standards. This role combines hands‑on care with leadership responsibilities, including mentoring staff, conducting care calls, and completing spot checks.

You will deliver personal care, support clients with daily living activities, administer medication, and provide emotional support. As a senior member of staff, you’ll guide and mentor care workers, ensuring compliance and promoting a positive, person‑centred environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high‑quality personal care and support in clients’ homes
  • Conduct regular care calls to ensure service continuity
  • Carry out spot checks and staff supervisions
  • Mentor and support care workers
  • Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, mobility, and meal preparation
  • Administer medication in line with care plans
  • Provide companionship and promote independence
  • Assist with light housekeeping and safe environments
  • Drive clients to appointments or social activities
  • Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or wellbeing
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in domiciliary or home care
  • Experience supporting individuals with dementia or complex needs desirable
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor staff
  • Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or Level 2 with willingness to progress)
  • Valid UK driving licence with access to own vehicle
  • Knowledge of medication administration and safeguarding practices
  • Strong communication and organisational skills

Location

Limited sponsorship opportunities available after a minimum of 6 months employment. Applicants must already be in the UK, hold a full UK driving licence, and have at least 2 years of care experience.
