HCA | Resting Overnight

Serene Care Jersey is looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to provide resting overnight support to individuals with learning disabilities in their own homes.

This is a resting overnight role with a designated sleeping period; however, you must be available to provide support if required during the night.

Duties include providing reassurance and support, assisting with personal care where required, promoting independence and dignity, following care plans, and responding appropriately to any concerns or emergencies.

A full driving licence is essential. Care or learning disability experience is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided.
